I took a long break from blogging, but I'm back and have a lot to update!

Some hot weather, an abundance of lemons, and Ryan's got a new favorite project!

We got a little messy after this point, so off went the shirt. He's now in his favorite outfit - a diaper.

Griffith Observatory

We went to the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles a few weeks back . It was cold, a little spooky and perfect for an October evening. Just the thing we needed to get us thinking about Halloween.

It has been raining and I love it!

Ryan's 1st Birthday

We celebrated Ryan's 1st Birthday down by the beach earlier last week!

It was just a small party with immediate family, but so special for us.

When it came time to open gifts, Ryan was so polite to read all of his cards Audrey helped open gifts and even got a gift from grandma!

I just love how sweet Audrey is with Ryan. She always calls him baby Ryan and pats his cheeks so gently. Such a wonderful niece!

After the party we took a walk by the water. We are such happy parents to have a beautiful baby that we love!

Looking forward to another year of laughs, crying, growing, walking, more teething, talking, eating, sleeping or maybe no sleeping, colds, ear aches but mostly lots of love!

We made it through the 1st year!
